A departure from my normal blog:
I had the good sense to marry into a musical family -- the Doedens, of Worthington, MN.
My wife Sharon (left in the video) and two of her sisters, Linda (middle) and Brenda, sing some tight harmonies at historic Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
Emmanuel is the home church of the Doedens.

Sue (my wife) walked into the room as the Doeden sisters were singing (on my laptop). She couldn't understand at first where the music was coming from, and what i was tuned into, as listening to music is not my usual morning habit. she looked around and wondered, "Are those angels singing?"
Thanks Dietrich! Someday the music in heaven will surpass anything we experience on earth.
I haven't heard Sharon sing for many years and I was amazed that her voice has actually gotten sweeter over time. Love to hear the organic, family harmonies.
